1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup of unsweetened non-dairy, non soy SOdelicious coconut milk “yogurt”
1 small handful of blueberries (again, this is flexible so use whatever is in season in your garden or at your local market)
1 small mango (banana works great also)
1 half avocado (optional) I’ve found this is good for a “full meal feeling”
1 spoonful of all-natural almond butter (this is where you’ll get the sweet taste for your smoothie)
however much ice you likeCombine all of your ingredients into your blender, hit go and enjoy!
