The Quarterly Subscription Box - Terms and Conditions
Purchase the program here and you’ll automatically be signed up to receive The Quarterly. Your first shipment will arrive within 6 days from signing up, and shipments will arrive every three months thereafter.
The Quarterly Assortment
Each shipment will include five pairs of socks. Richer Poorer’s team will hand select styles from our latest and greatest seasonal collection, and assortments will include a mix of silhouettes in each shipment including classic crew, athletic, no-show, premium, and US Made.
The Quarterly Subscription Box will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail; expedited shipping is not available. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days. We send out tracking information when your package is shipped; however, we do not offer insurance beyond the carrier's standard insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, additional customs fees, duties, taxes or other charges.
International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority. Please be aware of your country's customs policies, as customs duties may be added and collected before you are able to receive your shipment. Free shipping is not available for international subscriptions.

Subscription Management and Cancellation
If you don't already have an account on richer-poorer.com, please create one to manage your subscription on our Orders page. From there you can change your shipping address, payment method or cancel your subscription. If you need any further assistance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are not completely satisfied with your shipment, simply return the unworn assortment to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund or exchange (customer is responsible for return postage, and shipping box doesn't need to be returned). Shipping charges are not refundable. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that has been worn or opened.
Any partial returns will forfeit the value of the subscription program discount. For instance, if retail value per sock in the box is $12 ($60 total value) as an example, if 2 pairs are returned ($24 value), you will receive a refund of $12 ($60-$24 = $36, less $48 paid). Not great at math? Email us and we'll get you a total.
Although we have an extremely low defect rate on our products, sometimes manufacturing defects do occur. If your product has loose or mis-stitched threads, or if your socks have developed holes after only a few wears, please contact us using the form, or email email@example.com. Please provide a photo of the defective product, and we'll be happy to send out a replacement.
