Love them

Softest sweatpants I own. Softer on the inside than Alo and Nike. I dried them on delicate / low and they didn’t shrink.

Sweats are fine. Comfortable, but not amazing.

I ordered 3x pairs of medium sweats to cozy up in the winter. Once received, tried on one pair to ensure fit, then threw them all in the wash. After, I tried them on and 2 of the 3 pairs, while labelled medium, were clearly not the same size as the pair I initially tried on. There must have been an issue with production.

I let customer service know and they reimbursed me for the 2 pairs that were not the correct size. Great customer service!

The sweats I did keep that fit, are cozy and comfortable, but they are kind of on the thin side.

I washed my sweats and sweatshirt on COLD and hung them to dry. They shrunk SO MUCH that I gave them to my niece who is literally SIX years old. The customer service rep on the phone could not have been more rude. She told me to send an email and then hung up. I will never ever order from here again. My mom is a buyer for Sacks and Bloomingdale’s and a personal stylist. We will be making sure that it is known how low quality this stuff is and how crappy customer service is. No wonder it was on sale. Biggest waste of money.

Very disappointed

I bought a pair of these in a different color last year and they are one of my favorite sweats. But, this year, the new pair shrunk several inches in length after only one washing . I reached out to customer service and haven’t heard back yet. I’m 5’6” tall. I shouldn’t have an issue with length. Sizing up wouldn’t really help.
