Return Policy (Outside the US)

Sadly, international red tape makes it really tough for us to accept returned orders from outside the US (read: government customs, duties, and taxes are super complicated, you guys). Generally, we don’t accept returns from outside the US, but we will always consider it on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our Customer Success team at customercare@richer-poorer.com to discuss your situation. 

Exclusions apply on sale items and specialty merchandise. Sale items are final sale and non returnable.
