Return Policy (Within the US)
We’re confident you’ll love our products, but we get it, every once in awhile maybe the color or fit wasn’t what you expected or you changed your mind. To make your life easy, we offer free return shipping with an easy-as-can-be process. Just be nice, and do it within 30 days. To start a return, simply click the “Return an Item” link at the bottom of any page.
Return Policy (Outside of US)
Sadly, international red tape makes it really tough for us to accept returned orders from outside the US (read: government customs, duties, and taxes are super complicated, you guys). Generally, we don’t accept returns from outside the US, but we will always consider it on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our Customer Success team at customercare@richer-poorer.com to discuss your situation.
Shipping (Within the US)
We strive to ship orders within 48 hours of when they are placed (usually sooner). We ship using FedEx 2 Day shipping to any US address. We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our warehouse.
For orders with a subtotal of $50 and over, it’s free (because we got you). Please make sure to select the Free Shipping option at checkout.
For orders with a subtotal under $50, shipping is a flat rate of $7.
Shipping (Outside the US)
We offer flat rate $20 international shipping via Standard FedEx International Shipping to many countries around the world including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, and more. Keep in mind that shipping times can vary depending on your specific location. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages, additional customs fees, duties, taxes or other charges. Please be aware of your country's customs policies, as customs duties may be added and collected before you are able to receive your shipment.
