Returns and Refunds

Return Policy
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned. Items that are Final Sale will be clearly noted in the product description.

 

Defective Items

Although we have an extremely low defect rate on our products, sometimes manufacturing defects do occur. If your product has loose or mis-stitched threads, or if your socks have developed holes after only a few wears, please contact us using the form, or email customercare@richer-poorer.com and reference your order number if you have one.


Refunds & Processing Time

If your package arrives at Richer Poorer within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Richer Poorer.

Product returned outside the 30 days will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
