• How do I sign up for RPLoyalty? 
    • Signing up is easy! Simply create an account by visiting https://richer-poorer.com/pages/rp-loyalty-program and enter your name, email, and password. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with special access to benefits, promotions, and all of our newest drops. If you currently have an account or email subscription with us - you’ve already been enrolled in our loyalty program so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning tier status! 
  • I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?
    • We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our RPLoyalty. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one loyalty account was created per person.
  • Where can I find all of my rewards account info?
    • You can access your info by visiting our RPLoyalty page or logging into your current Richer Poorer customer account. 
  • Do past purchases apply toward my RPLoyalty membership status?  
    • Purchases from 1/15/21 onwards will apply toward your membership status of RPLoyalty. 
  • Does it cost anything to enroll in RPLoyalty? 
    • Absolutely not! Signing up is 100% free. 
  • How is my membership tier determined?
    • Your membership tier is determined by the amount you spend from the date you enroll and spend from purchases made from 1/15/21 onwards. 
      • To reach:
        • Friend, you must spend $0-$249 
        • Insider, you must spend $250-$499
        • Family, you must spend $500+ 
        • Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's benefits through one year from the date you earned it. As you move up in membership tiers, you will gain access to more benefits, special deals, and offers. 
  • Do my membership tier or benefits ever expire?
    • Once you are in Friend, Insider, or Family, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it. Make sure to keep interacting with our program to maintain your status (or even move up a tier). 
    • For the Family tier only,  you must maintain a $100 minimum spend one year after you reach this tier, to keep the 10% off every order discount. 
  • How can I get a birthday reward? 
    • Add your birthday under ways to earn points on the RPLoyalty page. On your birthday we will send you a special discount code via email valid for 30 days from the date of your birthday. This code cannot be combined with any other promotions and excludes sale items.
    • *Your birthday code is non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned to anyone else. If we feel someone is trying to manipulate the program, we reserve the right to disable your code and terminate your account at our discretion.
